Rebecca is on point! She just knows her stuff. Kellen and Troy always take care to be respectful and thorough with my vehicles. Henry and Lisa know all of their regular customers and the entire staff treats you like family. Every time I am there they are sure to thoroughly explain any work that needs to be done and why it is important. They are happy to answer questions and educate you on your car if you wish. I always appreciate how honest they are about which items are absolute priority, and assess the work so that budget and safety can match up. And their prices seem fair (not that I shop elsewhere - NO NEED!) They know you and your vehicle/s and help you stay on top of maintenance. Fantastic people, fantastic place.

You've got to love a mechanic who does a full inspection, tells you your car is running smoothly (and doesn't need thousands of dollars of extra services), and honors an online coupon. We will be back. Thanks for the honesty and great service!

Very helpful and nice employees

Honda said I needed new engine mounts. Water Star looked at them and they are fine. It's just really hard for a non-mechanic to tell, so I bet that generates lots of extra revenue for Honda dealerships. BUT, they noted that my front controlling arm was cracked and took pictures for me. That really needed to be fixed and Water Star got it done same day. They also agreed with Honda that my rear shocks were all leaked out and replaced them too. Oddessey ride is much better now. Go Water Star!
