I will start this by saying that I took my Jeep in for an oil change and some diagnostics for a check engine light. The whole experience ended up being a little bit more than that! And when I say a little bit, I mean a lot. Jeff did an excellent job of explaining the whole process and even used small words so that I could understand what was wrong and what was going to happen to my Jeep. Eric aka Mr. Howard aka Young Guy took the time to come over and hold my hand as I cried about how much my Jeep was going to cost me because it was very broken. Stephanie did a great job of explaining the whole lock box experience and made the payment process so smooth and quick it was almost like I didn't even pay. Seriously, if you are looking to take your vehicle to someone who will treat it and you well then this is the place. I won't be taking my Jeep anywhere else....unless, of course, they move!
