After a flat, my car was towed in by AAA. In just two hours, they sourced a replacement tire and replaced it on my car. Everyone, especially Stephanie and Eric, were super friendly. And the complimentary coffee, soda, and snacks were much appreciated.

I love that they are so honest. Since I have been dealing with Water Star Motors, I have owned 4 different cars, 2 sports cars and two sedans. I have been very please with all their work. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Water Star really saved me on my bricked Tesla Model S. They took the car on very short notice, got past some tricky issues (a bricked Tesla is hard to even open) and made great efforts to get a new battery as soon as possible. I was worried that getting a OEM Tesla battery would take weeks, but they managed to get it in two days, getting me back on the road.

What a great experience! Excellent service from the first call to vehicle pick up. Super friendly staff kept me updated and informed of my options. The service was reasonably priced and the extra touches of cleaning the windows and wiping down the interior were a bonus.

So glad I found Waterstar Motors to take care of my 2008 Prius-Love my car and I intend on keeping it as long as I can. Love this place and everyone there. I feel like I'm home. This company is friendly, competent and honest. You will be greeted on the phone by either of two super knowledgeable service managers, Stephanie or Eric. The mechanics are all highly certified and owners Jeff and Leslie are so nice and always on site. I feel like I hit the jackpot. I've been taking my car in for regular service and repairs for two years now. Last year I moved from the Bay Area and in a pinch had to go to a Toyota dealer in Southern California for an oil change and a 15 point inspection. The note back from the mechanic to the Service Manager was: "Tell her whoever is taking care of her car to keep going there. Everything looks great." I drive back to Santa Cruz to have all of my maintenance and repairs done. Wish I could put them in my pocket and take them with me. If you need to rent a car they will get you a special deal with Enterprise car rental-take you and pick you up. I usually just walk 3 blocks and I'm at Verve coffee house. Thank you Waterstar!
