Brought my Golf in for a smog check. Was completed in 20 mins!!! What amazed me was during the smog test...did the tech stand around?? No. He took the time and care to check my tire pressure. The little things Water Star does makes the difference. Again unmatched service and care. On the way out, 3 of the team wished me a happy weekend. So rare and wonderful to see a business with this level of care and service. Customer for life.

Waterstar is a professional shop. They are good at diagnosing your problem, give recommendations in order of need, arent pushy and pressured sales which is always a plus. They deliver on what they promise and have a warranty to back it up. And Eric and Stephanie are a good front team with knowledge, good humor and pleasant to talk with. Thanks!

I wish there was a 7 star rating. The whole team at Water Star is exceptional. Honest, friendly and deeply caring. They are amazing and the benchmark for service. I cant say enough about them. My car had a bad noise, and Water Star fixed it- and saved me from getting stuck elsewhere (or worse) - as I saw the old part and could hear the noise. This was a vital part, which I didn't originally attribute the noise to. Glad they nailed it!
