I brought my van in for a diagnostic because it wasn't handling well and the check engine light came on after an oil change only two months ago at another repair garage, Skips Tires & Repair. Stephanie and her crew were excellent to work with. They honored the extended service contract that the original dealer, North Bay Ford sold me. North Bay Ford did a diagnostic last week but didn't find the faults and issues that Stephanies' crew uncovered. They left messages/estimates using email and text. They answered my phone calls and kept me in the loop throughout the repair process. The vehicles been handling rough in recent rains so new tires and replacing the motor mounts was a priority. It is a time intensive job so it took 3 days but it was worth it. The back roads I drive are twisty turny, I'm driving a van
