Truly, they helped make a really stressful situation a little easier to deal with. Service was prompt, and reasonably priced. Called me back the same with details about my vehicle problems. Again, amazing customer service!

The friendliest, most helpful car repair people around. I drove into town with my car's dashboard acting like there was a four alarm fire for hundreds of miles, and was so relieved to have everything addressed and resolved in a few hours' time. So greatful for this shop. They aren't fenced in so I was able to tow my car there when it broke down after hours. They diagnosed my car problems and recommended different options for the fate of my car. Probably won't take my Mercedes here again. The service solved my check engine light problem but created a new one. An intermittent "gas cap loose" check engine light came on right after the service. After 2 months and spending $45 for a new gas cap (did not fix the problem), I finally figured out that the technician left a small hose on the fuel evap system disconnected which was the root cause. Reconnected the hose and problem went away.
