Lisa, Henry and Kristen are wonderful. They are kind, prompt, trustworthy, and run the best mechanics I’ve ever brought my car to. Just when I thought they couldn’t get any better, they recently introduced an app that alerts you in real time of your cars progress, how it has passed the checks the techs put it through, includes pictures, recommendations, and allows you to approve or decline services. It’s awesome. I’ll never take a car anywhere else.

I have been burnt by a few different car maintenance places in Santa Cruz, but my experience at Water Star Motors has completely changed my luck! I had gone over a small curb and had broken the plastic lining of my fender on my car. My friend had suggested Water Star after her positive experiences, so I made an appointment online. I was confirmed within a business day to bring my car service in to do work. Kristen was incredibly welcoming and easy to work with; she explained the whole process of how they inspect and look at fixing your vehicle. She kept me regularly up to date with all the things I needed to know about my car and even sent me a breakdown of the prices and work that needed to be fixed on my car. They did have to order a part which took an extra day to be sent to the company, but they kept me in the loop the whole process. I feel so lucky to have been able to find such a great place with such reasonable prices on car maintenance. I will definitely be using Water Star Motors as my only place to do maintenance for as long as I am able to live in Santa Cruz or reasonably close by.
