Once again, it was time for my regular maintenance service at Water Star Motors, this time, a transmission fluid exchange and flush. And once again my 2007 Camry with over 140.000 miles hums when I get it back. No reason to worry about an upgrade when it runs like this. I’m very happy with the service here. Easy to make an appointment, friendly reception and stellar work.

I needed a smog test to renew my registration. They got me in that afternoon, very efficient & professional service, & an excellent price!

As always, Water Star Motors was fast, responsive, honest with their assessment of the situation and so so so hospitable. My GF and I had transmission issues that wound up being something much, much more while on a road trip. They were good enough to let us post up and eat our takeaway lunch in their break room while they assessed the situation. This is a local gem, a treasure of a family business, and I've used them for years - both on my 1987 Mercedes and, now, my girlfriend's Volvo. They're the best garage in Santa Cruz County, period.

Quick and friendly service. Maybe a little more expensive than a pure budget place, but they more than make up for it in quality and customer service.
