We were greeted at the front desk by the always competent and welcoming Kristen. Her smile and great sense of humor made my day. The shop performed the work quickly and got the car back to us at the time promised. Some unexpected extra work came up that Water Star discounted very generously. I love the fact that Water Star is owned and operated by a local family that is committed to providing stellar customer service.
