Water Star Motors is thorough, efficient, persistent and has excellent customer service. Stephanie is a gem! This was a complicated issue with my car insurance and she worked really hard to make sure the damages were approved in a timely manner. It's a convenient location and they always have beverages, candy and coffee fully stocked. The documentation was highly detailed and the texting made it really simple to approve repairs and ask questions. I am very pleased and will recommend.

I’m another covert to this auto shop. Very clear regarding diagnosis and completed repairs in time frame promised. Very nice people in the front office and had I had the time, they offered to perform a quick clean. Next time.
