These folks are exceptional. They are ethical, prompt with getting the job done, and extremely courteous.

The first car we brought in was a total lemon, unfortunately it took several thousand dollars to realize it. Water Star put in a few thousand dollars of their own time and parts to try to fix what turned out to be "unfixable". I really appreciated that they were willing to try so hard. With "replacement" car they have been wonderful. Totally confounded my husband by having car in and out in one day, if there is a problem with repair they have brought me in ASAP to correct it. One warning if, like me, you prefer not to use your cell phone unless necessry - If they have that number they will use it to send surveys asking for a review to be posted. (reason I took off a star) I plan to be back in their shop in a month or so (fixing car on "installment" plan) and to have the work done quickly, efficiently and properly.

Great team from the front desk to the mechanics. There warranty is truly amazing. It saved me over $300. Thanks everyone 😀

Honest, knowledgeable and friendly! I know very little about cars so having a company that shows you what is actually wrong either by photos or in person is very helpful. They also didn’t rush me to do a job that isn’t urgent. You can rest assure that they have their clients best interest in mind for a fair and competitive price. Highly recommend them!
