As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, I always feel great bringing my car to Water Star. They have impeccable integrity and can always be trusted to tell you what is needed, and offer economical alternatives if there are any. I've relied on Water Star for over 3 years. They are in a league of their own.

Water Star provides excellent customer service and professional advice on maintenance servicing. I found them a few years ago for a smog check (which they no longer do) and I’m so glad I did. Trustworthy and accommodating. I highly recommend.

The people at Water Star Motors were all very professional, and quickly did the work on my car exactly as quoted. They also inspected my car as I requested and informed me of a couple problems with no pressure to repair them immediately, which I appreciated.

I took my grandson’s recently purchased used car to Water Star Motors to get the car a new battery. They did a careful inspection, revealing several potentially dangerous mechanical defects. They were up front about repair costs, and took their time to do the job right. They even sent an Uber car to pick him up at the university so he could retrieve his car. I highly recommend this shop!

This place gives better service than the local Volkswagen dealer. They have a more personal touch. They are quite a bit cheaper and they service the car faster.

I love the fact that Water Star is owned and operated by a local family that is committed to providing stellar customer service.
