Our tow truck driver recommended their shop. And once we got there I realized why they were very courteous and very friendly. She called me back the next day after taking a look at my car unfortunately it was bad news we needed a new motor. She even went as far as having her vehicle towed to the nearest dealership in San Jose so we wouldn’t have to make the trip there and back. We were able to take care of charges over the phone. Thanks again

Kristin was fair and patient with me throughout the process of getting my car repaired. She didn't look down on me even though I am in the lower middle class. She even helped me take care of towing.

Once again, it was time for my regular maintenance service at Water Star Motors, this time, a transmission fluid exchange and flush. And once again my 2007 Camry with over 140.000 miles hums when I get it back. No reason to worry about an upgrade when it runs like this. I’m very happy with the service here. Easy to make an appointment, friendly reception and stellar work.
