I’m new to Santa Cruz and recently had an issue with the splash shield on my Toyota Prius dragging on the road. I searched for nearby auto repair shops around River Street and found a handful in the neighborhood. I visited three different places before ending up at Water Star Motors—and I’m so glad I did. Unlike the other shops, where no one really took the time to investigate the issue, Water Star made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. I was greeted by a gentleman who introduced me to Stephanie, who was incredibly kind and took the time to fully understand what was going on with my car. The whole experience felt genuine—like they truly cared and were committed to helping me out. They got the issue fixed quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Eric was also great and made the checkout process smooth and easy. Overall, it was a 5-star experience. I felt respected and well taken care of, and I’d absolutely recommend Water Star Motors to anyone looking for honest and helpful service in Santa Cruz.
