Water Star did a diagnostic of our Volvo to determine the issue. They were prompt and courteous, and provided good information on the issue. It turned out to require recall service by a dealer, so we did not have the service performed at Water Star, but they did helped us get the car towed the dealer, and charged us only for the diagnostic. We would return to them for service in the future.

These people went so far above and beyond the call of duty I can’t say enough good things about them—the best service I have received in 25 years of owning a car. They were unfailingly polite, positive and didn’t give up until they found the root of the (rodent) problem without charging me an arm and a leg. Kristen was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way, I can’t recommend this family run business more highly.
