I have found, over the years, many mechanics like to quote you low and then charge you for multiple extras. Water Star may quote you high, and may even cost a little more in the end, but the work is very SOLID, and I have found the quotes to be quite accurate. They also have incredible record keeping, including photographs of parts removed. We have been using Water Star for years (we do miss the old receptionist Kristen) and have never had any issues after a repair. I'm going to assume we may have paid about 2%-4% more than a cheaper place over a dozen years or so, totally worth it in my opinion.
