Shop was recommended by our tow truck driver so we felt confident. Our Volvo broke down with engine trouble after school so it was very unexpected. My child and I were treated with such kindness and we had the car back in a couple of days. Excellent service and the car is performing better than ever. We plan on coming back to have some needed brake work done here as well. Also if you had to wait World Market is within walking distance!

My need for service started with a check engine light related to rodent damage of wiring. They repaired the wiring and diagnosed and repaired problems with the suspension. Parts were acquired and repairs were made promptly. The car's handling is markedly improved.

Water Star Motors is a very professional, friendly, clean and honest automotive repair facility. They let the customer know what they recommend and back up their recommendation with detailed descriptions of what is needed and pictures of the problem issues.

They really take care of you. I got a great deal on an old Hybrid car, so of course I trusted the professionals at Water Star to get my 16-year old daughter's first car road ready. They changed the oil and fluids and also did a complete diagnostic check as part of their special offer. I talked over the plan with the owner, Jeff, to prioritize the work. As usual their team was great at communicating and scheduling. They even included a good deal on new tires and alignment for being a repeat customer! I love and trust these guys.
