This shop sets the standard for what people should expect from auto technicians. My vehicle was brought in for routine maintenance, two diags for steering and transfer case problems and to pull some check engine codes. All of which were taken care of in a very timely manner. On top of of that they replaced my cabin air filter and cleaned the engine bay free of charge. A few hundred dollars saved in complimentary service. After picking up the vehicle I broke down three blocks from the shop when a high pressure power steering hose sprung a leak. I should note this leak had absolutely nothing to do with the work the shop had performed, this car is 21 years old and loves breaking down on me. I called the shop and they drove out to my location to re-inspect the vehicle and they almost immediately found the problem and took the car back to the shop for me, I had an estimate less than 30 minutes later. They didn't even charge me for an inspection! Just the cost of the hose and labor. This is absolutely unparalleled service compared to other shops I've used in the area. For those of you at WaterStar who see this. You all keep being awesome and passionate about your work, it clearly shows how much you care about taking care of your customers. Thank you all! 🤘
WOW! Jay what a great review and thank you so much for taking the time to show your appreciation! Every morning we have our team meetings and we remind ourselves that we are in the people business fixing cars. We understand vehicle maintenance and repairs can be overwhelming to some of our customers and our service advisors, management team and technicians want to do everything possible to make the process as transparent, educational and painless as possible. When we are able to perform a "service call" and bring the car back to the shop for repairs we are happy to do so. The team at Water Star wanted me to pass on a BIG Thank You! Jeff, Leslie, Stephanie, Nick, Nathan and the team of Technicians.
