By pure luck, Waterstar was the first result on Google and so I called. From the moment Stephanie picked up the phone until I was picking up my repaired vehicle, every single person I had an interaction with was incredibly friendly and professional. The epitome of exceptional customer service. We truly felt like they cared about us and went out of their way to help. To keep it somewhat short and sweet, I highly recommend Waterstar to anyone looking for a 5 start automotive service experience.

My experience with Water Star Motors was excellent! The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. I have a Hyundai and all the other shops in the county said they are unable to service my transmission. Water Star had no trouble with this. When I returned to pick up my car, they were cleaning my windows for me: added bonus! Before I left, one of the techs spent extra time with me troubleshooting a concern I had when my car was in idle. They did not pressure that any service be done but made suggestions as to what would be recommended. All in all, GREAT service! I also love that their shop is in the middle of town, making it easy to get downtown to fill time. I will absolutely return to Water Star!
