Stephanie, Eric and the entire crew at Waterstar Motors are unbelievably amazing! My family and I were vacationing near Santa Cruz when we had a transmission failure in our Suburban. By pure luck, Waterstar was the first result on Google and so I called. From the moment Stephanie picked up the phone until I was picking up my repaired vehicle, every single person I had an interaction with was incredibly friendly and professional. The epitome of exceptional customer service. We truly felt like they cared about us and went out of their way to help. To keep it somewhat short and sweet, I highly recommend Waterstar to anyone looking for a 5 start automotive service experience.
