Water Star has one of the best company cultures I have ever seen, which comes through in every aspect of their service. You can see that everyone working here feels valued, respected, and glad to be part of the team. That is reflected by their attention to detail, to professionalism, to clear communication about the services provided. Took my truck here for a second opinion after a different Mechanic messed up and my truck caught fire. Nate had the utmost expert opinion I could have ever hoped for. Nate knew everything that would happen given insurance company involvement, literally every step of the way. Water Star provides storage and immediately got to work on my truck. Nate provides AAA backed support so if you have AAA towing or membership that's a plus. Altogether the most attentive and knowledged shop I have ever dealt with. Thanks Nate and water Star for your help! Strongly recommend!!!

This shop is the ultimate in professional, friendly, and high caliber service. I love supporting locally owned businesses and Water Star Motors makes me feel like I’m as important as a family member.
