I always experience service right away, with a smile and true interest. Even though it is always a challenge to pay for car repairs. Water Star does its best to keep costs to a minimum and I am always kept abreast of any changes or surprises that might show up BEFORE they do any work on it. I really appreciate that. I am so glad to have found Water Star Motors!

Henry and Scott work hard to deliver honest, dependable and responsible service. Things can happen with cars beyond a mechanics control, but in my case, when I needed special asssistance and consideration, while most other service providers wuold have balked at guaranteeing work, Water Star steeped up and made everything right. Few places will do that, and I'd fully recommemd Water Star.

I have had a consistently great experience at Water Star Motors after bringing my old Honda '85 there for a clutch job about 4 years ago. Not only did they save my ass, drive me to work, and repair my car, I was able to sell it at a reasonable price. I now have a newer Honda (2006) and love bringing it in for regular tune ups. A big thank you to Lisa, Henry, Scott, Dan and all the other folks at water Star Motors!

hey, just saw a hard review of this place...as a matter of fact they have my '94 Volvo there now...well, you're right, it's not cheap BUT I've found the work they do good and honest...I've used them about 4 times in the last 2 years...they've always been upfront as to what they can do and what's reasonable concidering the age of the car...sorry the other guy had a bad time but I don't feel they deserve such a harsh review...ps...I'm not related to ANY of the employees or owners!!
