I scheduled for the 8:30am. The staff were punctual, skilled, and accurate. Got out of there by 9am. While it's a bit more pricy than other shops in town, I would prefer to come here again.

I had a wonderful experience at Water Star Motors; everyone was so friendly, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. The quality of service was superb!! I highly recommend them!!

Going to a car shop has always been a bit intimidating for me, especially as someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, but when I go to Water Star Motors, I’ve always felt so welcomed and given the most amazing service! Their full transparency and integrity with the work they do, is something I deeply appreciate and is why I’d recommend it to anyone. Every car technician I’ve ever come across has always been so incredibly respectful and kind. And as for the office staff: they are phenomenal humans! Nathan always greet me with a genuine smile, making me feel right at home and cared for. Stephanie is so incredibly intelligent, patient and kind when answering any questions you may have - and she is a rockstar and I appreciate how she always remembers my name! The new owner is also one of the kindest humans ever. He appreciates you as a customer and a human. I’ve seen him always go above and beyond to make sure his customers experience the highest quality of care and he also uses his warm sense of humor to make you smile! He also deeply care for the entire staff and that matters to me, to see a beautiful space where everyone recognizes and supports one another. You will be in the greatest of hands when you go to Water Star Motors!

Above and beyond. I came to Water Star without an appointment on recommendation of another shop that could not accommodate me. I needed to travel to LA, and was concerned about an oil leak. Nathan and Jeff were super, as were all the staff I met. They slid me into the schedule to check for the leak. Great people, very professional. Highly recommended and would definitely use their services next time I need a reliable professional mechanic.

I have a 2008 Prius which I really love. I found WaterStar Motors through word of mouth. My friend who had a Prius had used them and was very happy. I am ecstatic to find WaterStar. Finding someone you trust to work on your car is amazingly difficult these days. I've moved to Southern California and I drive up to Waterstar for my repairs and service now because I trust them. By going to WaterStar Motors you will be meeting a group of honest, friendly and knowledgeable people. Jeff and Leslie the owners, are onsite and manage the daily operations and customer service and satisfaction. Stephanie, the service manager, rocks the boat with her knowledge of cars, car parts-you name it-and many years in the business along with Nathan. The service technicians are certified and I have never had to come back for anything related to the services or repairs that were performed. I came in after going to a previous garage for 8 years. WaterStar cleaned my engine (complimentary)! My engine had never been cleaned. After driving my car through dust and a rainstorm in the desert to get here my car was washed vacuumed and the wIndows were cleaned after my repair and service so that I could drive home safely. I was amazed. So thoughtful. If you go there, I guarantee with like minds, you'll feel at home. I just wished I lived in Santa Cruz. Just want to say "Thank you!."
