Really nice guys, but they forgot to change my oil (one of three things I needed done). That was a total bummer. The car also wasn't ready by noon; somehow word didn't get from the guy I talked with on the phone to the mechanic, so he didn't start early enough.

I'm still a relatively new customer at Water Star. However, my experience thus far has been really positive as regards the scheduling, the communication and the work itself. I appreciate the time that is taken to discuss what's going on with my car, and what I need to be aware of regarding future work.
