I had some questions about my car after getting minor service (oil change, fuel system inspection) on my 2 tank converted wvo 1984 mercedes 300D. Waterstar's owners called me the next day and told me to bring the car back and did a thorough inspection of my brakes and fuel system at no charge. Am very happy with their sevice.

I really like this business for it's dedication to being green and their customer service. They work on a few of my cars and are always very fair with me.

I am happy with the service, but when I signed up for the Rewards program, I thought it was keeping track of my expenditures. I paid for my car, drove home, opened my email and found out I had a $10 gift cert that is expiring at the end of the month. No idea where the coupon is, or if it ever arrived. The timing wasn't so good on that! But I will be back, and will bring the boss' cars too.

I am nervous about automotive issues, because I don't understand how cars work very well. Water Star is completely trustworthy. They are also flexible in terms of doing the most important work that I can afford at the time to keep the car (and my family) safe.
