I am nervous about automotive issues, because I don't understand how cars work very well. Water Star is completely trustworthy. They are also flexible in terms of doing the most important work that I can afford at the time to keep the car (and my family) safe.

I had taken my car in a couple of times for a problem and each time I would bring it home the problem would persist. After the second time I spoke with Henry and brought my car in again. I really appreciated the care and attention Henry put into figuring out my car issue. I also appreciated that he told me that they would work on it with out charge because the problem hadn't been solved. A few days after I took the car home Henry called to check in on things. I know as an owner of the business Henry is very busy so it meant a lot to me to have him look after things so well. I've been a long time customer and this type of care is why I keep coming back.

Water Star Motors is amazing. After dealing with other mechanics who claimed to know my Volkswagen TDI and botched every peice of work they did, it was a blessing to come to Water Star. Not only do they know what to do with my car, they treat me like a person, and go out of their way to explain things and reduce the cost the best they can.

Waterstar is consistently excellent in mechanical and client service. I've taken cars to them and made referrals for more than 10 years.

My car was in and out with new break pads and roters under 5 hours. Their price was fair and a little cheaper than most. Communication was obviously important to owner. Many places say they will call to give prognosis or to let you know car is ready, but most don't. Water Star was very timely and called as agreed.
