Jim and Derek took their time assessing my brake issue, and Jim made some adjustments. He also checked some areas that are on "watch." Jim also took a short ride with me afterward to see if he could hear the sound that's been bothering me. I was blown away to be told that there was no charge for the time put in and the work done. This business saved me over 1000 bucks. My mercedes c220 failed smog at another location. I took it to my regular mechanic 3 times and he couldn't diagnose the problem and finally proposed a 1500 dollar fix. I felt I needed a second opinion and took it to Water Star, because I wanted a certified smog repair mechanic familiar with the Benz.. They charged me 150 or so to go over the car and diagnose the problem. And Lo and behold they, they correcty diagnosed the problem as a cracked breather hose, a relatively inexpensive part!

From my view, as the customer, the service needed is always carefully explained, including an honest cost estimate, & the work is completed efficiently & expertly. As always, this business goes out of its way to please its customers, providing small extra services without charge, but which make life much more pleasant for the driver. These services for me have included rides, car washes, & panel component adjustments. I think what I value most, next to the expertise, is the respect, friendliness, & courtesy with which I'm treated. I've gone to Water Star for several years, & I would not think of going elsewhere. Once you find the perfect place, why would you?
