Santa Cruz Auto Repair

I need emergency road service for my 450SL and AAA toad my car to Water Star Motors. I was very pleasently surprised by their professional, efficient service and quality of work and would definitely recommend them to anyone on the Santa Cruz area. My experience could not have been better.

For 7 years I have taken my '96 RAV4 for servicing and have always been satisfied with personnel,actual car updates & repairs.

I worry that my reviews are getting boring since all I do is heap the same praise upon the service-dedicated folks at Water Star. As usual, Derek accommodated my schedule to the utmost degree. I always look forward to calling Water Star or stopping in to see Derek. He is a bright spot in my day because of his consistently GENUINE friendliness. Water Star maintains a nice balance between diagnosing problems that are on the owner's horizon versus not messing around if the problem needs immediate attention. The balance for us is that we are reassured all pressing car problems are dealt with and are forewarned about the less pressing repair items so that funds can be set aside funds for a future repair. Thank you, Water Star, as always.
