They treat me with respect, listen to my thoughts about my car as if I actually might know what I'm talking about. Their diagnoses are thorough, estimates fair, worktimely and of high quality. They're a green business and have no problem working on a car that runs Biodiesel and has many individual quirks. These guys are GREAT!

As always Lisa and Henry came through with their excellent service and advice. They got the car in within 24 hours and I got the car and the potential issues list back the next day. I have since purchased the car and will be returning to them for the work.

come on folks these guys are hot. they could not find my cars problem . {a phantom electrical problem} the worst right,so why am I happy,they did everything they could,next to putting in a new computer,and that is why there hot.most places would do just that but henry stayed in my budget,what ever they did they did it right,it has been running great.if you want great work at a good price,water star is the place,you can trust everybody there to be honest and straight up, thank you guys

Besides, the shop is in a great central location on River Street. My husband drops the car off at Water Star Motors during his lunch hour! In this specialized auto repair shop not only the owners attend education and training courses, but the entire staff. They are constantly updating and learning the state of the art in their imported car specialization. Plus, don't forget this is a green business that cares for the environment and for people! Wow!
