They tell you what is the problem with your car; fix it promptly; give you rides to and from the shop; and, make you feel so special and pampered. They go the extra step! Besides, the shop is in a great central location on River Street. My husband drops the car off at Water Star Motors during his lunch hour! In this specialized auto repair shop not only the owners attend education and training courses, but the entire staff. They are constantly updating and learning the state of the art in their imported car specialization. Plus, don't forget this is a green business that cares for the environment and for people! Wow! Way to go Water Star Motors! Love it!

Waterstar continues it's excellent service. My battery was dead sao I needed a jump start. After waiting on hold to AAA for 1 Hour & 10 Minutes without ever talking to a representative, I called Waterstar in frustration. They offered to come to my car and provide the jump start. Getting the car about noon, they replaced the battery & checked all systems before the end of the day. What a relief to have them here.

Henri, Lisa, family and staff have taken care of my Mercedes for 17 years. They go out of their way to take care of their customers responsibly. They've done an good job over 17 years and kept my Mercedes running and I travel a lot of miles in it. The shop is clean, they get parts immediately whenever possible to make sure you have a car, they offer alternatives (used parts vs. new) when practical or when financial concerns dictate a lower cost alternative. They provide estimates and they call if there are additional repairs recommended. They also will recommend other shops for repairs that they don't do (tailpipe comes to mind). The shop is 'green' rated and that isn't easy in the auto mechanic business. Definitely worth a try.
