There were some serious safety issues with the car we brought to WSM for diagnosis. Within an hour we received a descriptive diagnosis and recommended corrections to the deficiencies. Though I authorized most of the repairs, I declined, or more accurately, postponed a couple recommendations and did not get any pressure to reconsider. The vehicle was finished by early the following day and performs wonderfully, and they did try to keep costs reasonable. The only "knock" I have is that I did not receive a call before close of business as to the status of the repair progress.
