Rebecca was able to expedite my service call in order to facilitate my hectic schedule. She also ensured that the most qualified technician was assigned to diagnose a potentially complex problem. I always get a thorough explanation of the diagnosis and repair needed and they do their best to obtain parts as quickly as possible. Water Star Motors may not be the easiest shop to find, but it is the best!

Service was much quicker than expected. Saved me time and money getting a rental car.BMW transmissions cost a lot of $$ so nothing Water Start could do about that. I am not experiencing any problems after the repairs.

Felt kind of like family and had lots of informative conversations with Rebecca and Henry regarding my 1960 Porsche which was there with lots of tricky little problems to solve.
