I've had it with the local dealership! It seems like they are always trying to screw me. Instead, Henry and Lisa are kind and caring people you can trust. I booked my appointment and checked my car in with no hassle, then got a ride back home. When my car was done, they came by and picked me up and was a few bucks less than the initial quote. Always a score! After. I got a follow-up phone call as well as a thank you card in the mail. That's service you rarely see these days, and is much appreciated!!!

Waterstar was well recommended by friends to service/repair my newly acquired 1981 diesel Mercedes. They have done very good work renewing front end ball joints/bushings and rebuilding the air-conditioning. In particular, Henry Carter's long experience with these cars made diagnosis quick and sure. He has been available to answer all of my questions and I respect his advice. Waterstar is my place of choice for work on this car.

I brought my car in for a smog check. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rebecca noticed a problem with my tire within one second of looking at my car. She recommended a place for me to get it fixed, and I had it done that day. The smog check was finished in under an hour, which was great. I was highly satisfied with my service and wouldn't hesitate to go to waterstar again or recommend it to a friend.

These folks were responsive and finished the job as they said that would. I would go back in a heartbeat.
