Everything Water Star did was fine! I'll be back for sure.My only complaint is that I had an appointment for 1:00 for an oil-change, etc.But it was well over an hour of waiting before my car was started on.I can understand that an unexpected problem might have arisen in the previous job. But if it were possible to have gotten a phone call to tell me to come a bit later, it would have been good.

Water Star Motors has demonstrated both expertise, responsibility and professional courtesy in correcting a significant mechanical problem with my car. First, Water Star identified a recurring problem with ignition coils as faulty equipment, then confirmed that the supplier had experienced a large bad batch of these items. Finally, Water Star replaced the faulty items at no charge to me, while undoubtedly incurring substantial labor costs in the process.
